For the fourth consecutive year, Egyptian Post won the Universal Postal Union award “Courier cooperatives” for its excellence in serving Courier customers at the international level, after applying the highest quality standards and adhering to international query and delivery standards.
Dr. Sherif Farouk, chairman of the board of Directors of the Egyptian post, said:” the Egyptian post winning this award for the fourth year in a row confirms Egypt’s leadership in providing postal services, and represents a clear embodiment of the success achieved by the Egyptian post in applying all international standards to all services, thanking all Egyptian post workers for their efforts and dedication in completing the work with the desired accuracy and required quality; in order to raise Egypt’s name high among the member countries of the Universal Postal Union.
Dr. Sherif Farouk, chairman of the Egyptian Post, explained that the criteria for obtaining this award depend on key determinants that are monitored based on high-precision performance indicators measured by the Universal Postal Union on the quality of customer service, as they are measured based on several axes, including: adherence to international delivery standards, accuracy of responding to international complaints and inquiries, and compliance with international standards in data exchange, which required a great effort to reach the Egyptian postal services to international quality levels.
