CIB launches an educational platform for small and medium-sized business customers in cooperation with VISA and almentor
The commercial international bank (CIB) has announced the launch of a new educational platform in cooperation with visa, the world’s leading company in the field of electronic payments, and almentor Business, the leading e-learning platform in the Middle East and North Africa, to provide a wide range of training and educational courses covering all topics related to management and entrepreneurship to small and medium-sized business customers and to help develop the capabilities of companies to grow and continue, especially small businesses, given the important role that this sector plays in driving the national economy.
Almentor Business, an online self-learning platform, offers hundreds of videos for training courses in Arabic and English for distinguished experts who have achieved many successes in their life and professional career, as the platform has provided more than 3 million successful educational experiences.
In this context, Hany El Deeb, head of the SME sector at the commercial international bank (CIB), said that the sector is keen to provide its SME clients with comprehensive banking services to meet their business needs, including financial, professional and consulting services, to ensure that they have all the necessary tools, services and products to help them develop their businesses and elevate them to unprecedented levels.
Malak al Baba, general manager of Visa Egypt, expressed her happiness with the cooperation between Visa and CIB to support small and medium-sized companies and added: ” supporting small and medium-sized companies is one of the most important priorities of Visa globally, we believe in support by providing opportunities for Skills Development, which is its role to help business owners to develop their business, allowing them to reach new heights, which is in line with the goals of digital payments for Prosperity and economic growth. In 2020, Visa pledged to support one million small and medium-sized companies by developing skills and providing products and innovations that suit the needs and nature of small and medium-sized companies to help them get the benefits of electronic payments and adapt to the rapid change of the market .
